PRINTER

PRINTER benda berukuran kurang dari stengah meter ini merupakan alat yang sering kita jumpai dan kita gunakan untuk mencetak atau menampilkan data dalam bentuk cetakan.

Mungkin definisi lengkapnya seperti berikut Printer atau pencetak adalah alat yang digunakan untuk menampilkan data dalam bentuk cetakan, baik berupa teks maupun gambar atau grafik, di atas kertas.

Di bawah ini ada bagian bagian printer yang mungkin belum anda ketahui.

Printer biasanya terbagi atas beberapa bagian, yaitu :

Tray ialah tempat untuk menaruh kertas.

Picker sebagai alat untuk mengambil kertas dari tray.

Tinta atau toner adalah alat pencetak yang digunakan untuk menulis atau mencetak pada kertas. Tinta dan Toner memiliki perbedaan pada sistem. Toner atau laser membutuhkan pemanasan, sedangkan tinta atau inkjet tak butuh pemanasan, hanya pembersihan atau cleaning pada print-head printer tersebut.

Kabel fleksibel untuk pengiriman sinyal dari prosesor printer ke tinta atau toner. Kabel ini tipis dan fleksibel, namun kuat.

Pada bagian belakang printer biasanya ada Port paralel atau USB untuk penghubung ke komputer.

Saat ini, Merk produk printer yang banyak digunakan diantaranya adalah Epson, Hewlett Packard (HP), Canon, Lexmark dan masih banyak lagi. Untuk jenisnya, printer memiliki beberapa jenis diantanya Printer Dot-Matrix, Printer InkJet dan Printer Laser.

Sejarah Komputer

KOMPUTER perangkat yang satu ini mungkin sudah tidak asing lagi bagi anda.Hampir semua aktivitas atau pekerjaan kita menggunkan KOMPUTER, tapi apakan anda tahu Asal mula atau sejarah terciptanya KOMPUTER itu ? pada postingan kali ini saya coba membahas Sejarah Perkembangan Komputer. 

Kata Komputer berasal dari bahasa latin yaitu Computare (to compute atau to reckon) yang mempunyai arti Menghitung. Komputer bisa di artikan sebagai alat Elektronik yang di gunakan untuk mengolah berbegaia keperluan mulai dari menyimpan data,memproses data, hingga memberikan informasi untuk kita.

Sekitar 3.000 tahun yang lalu sebelum komputer tercipta, di Asia muncul sebuah alat hitung tradisional bernama Abacus atau Sempoa yang dibuat dari biji bijian yang dapat digeser geser.untuk orang Cina alat ini di gunakan untuk berhitung dalam berdagang.

Pada tahun 1642 Blaise Pascal menemukan Pascaline atau Kalkulator Roda Numerik.

Pada tahun 1821 Charles Babbage seorang profesor matematika Inggris menemukan mesin penghitung yang di beri nama Difference Engine. Mesin ini yang menjadi cikal bakal KOMPUTER dan merupakan kalkulator otomatis yang pertama kali muncul.

Pada tahun 1937 manusia telah berhasil menciptakan komputer elektronik yang di beri nama ABC.

Pada tahun 1946 Dr. Jhon Mouchly dan J. Presper Eckert berhasil merakit komputer elektronik digital dengan berat mencapai 30 ton dengan ukuran 30 x 50 kaki, dan terdiri dari 18.00 tabung vakum. ini dekenal dengan komputer generasi pertama.

Pada tahun 1971 sejalan dengan ditemukannya Chip ukuran komputer semakin kecil sampai sekarang muncul PC (Portable Computer).

PC pertama kali di buat oleh perusahaan komputer IBM Amerika Serikat pada tahun 1981. Dan perkembangannya cukup pesat hingga sekarang telah banyak beredar perusahaan yang mengeluarkan produk komputer dengan bentuk yang lebih kecil dan harga yang murah.
